sknife celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2024 as a pioneer of Swiss knife craftsmanship. For a decade, the manufacturer - based in Biel - has stood for precision and perfection. Meanwhile, the knives have been used in the world's best restaurants & hotels with over 200 Michelin stars. The knives have also been awarded with 4 international design prizes.

To mark this milestone, more than 50 journalists, specialist retailers, customers and knife aficionados experienced the precision and craftsmanship behind every sknife product on our Manufactory Tour from the forge to the finishing line.

The fascinating journey began with a visit to the precision forge Flükiger AG in Oberburg, where our unique knives are brought to life in pioneering work in industrial knife forging.

The subsequent visit to our wood supplier HTech in Neuenegg gave our guests an impressive insight into the manufacturing process and the stabilization of the high-quality wooden handles.

The tour concluded with an immersion in our sknife knife manufactory in Biel, where our guests gained valuable insights into the meticulous knife craftsmanship that characterizes every sknife creation: a decade of innovative product development - from design to elaborate finishing.

The culinary delights, prepared with passion by the esteemed team from La Table de l'Ours in Prêles, brought this day full of insights and impressions to a close.
